Tom Beaty
Tom Beaty is the founder and CEO of Insight Sourcing Group, and has over 15 years of strategic sourcing and management experience. Founded in 2002, ISG has an exclusive focus on strategic sourcing and procurement-related services primarily for large and mid-market companies and private equity firms. Inc. magazine has named Insight Sourcing Group (ISG) one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the United States. In 2008, ISG was ranked 227th with a growth rate exceeding 1000% over the previous three years. In 2007, Mr. Beaty was awarded an ‘Up and Comers Award’ from the Atlanta Business Chronicle, which recognizes 40 of the most promising Atlanta executives under the age of 40.
Tom graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and later received an MBA with honors from the Goizueta Business School at Emory where he was awarded the Woodruff Fellowship, Emory's highest honor. Tom lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children. He leads the project, 'Witness to War', which is dedicated to preserving the oral histories of America's war veterans. In that role, he has interviewed over 100 WWII vets.
James E. Copeland Jr.
James E. Copeland, Jr. served as a Global Scholar at the Robinson School of Business at Georgia State University from 2003 to December 2007. Prior to that, Mr. Copeland served as the Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte & Touche USA LLP, a public accounting firm, and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, its global parent, from 1999 to May 2003. Prior to that, Mr. Copeland served at various positions at Deloitte & Touche, and its predecessors from 1967. Mr. Copeland serves on the board of directors for Time Warner Cable, ConocoPhillips, and Equifax, Inc. Mr. Copeland is also a senior fellow for corporate governance with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
Sean Coughlin
As President and CEO of TPA Realty Services, Mr. Coughlin oversees the Marketing and Sales Department of TPA Realty Services, and manages all the account relationships with the owners/asset managers such as AEW, LaSalle’s I&G Fund, Invesco and Wells Real Estate Funds.
Mr. Coughlin has over twenty years of project leasing and development experience in high-rise and low-rise office, business parks, and industrial product as well as investment and land sales experience. He is instrumental in build-to-suit programs as well as spear heading medical product sales and leasing. In 2004 Coughlin was named the second highest grossing office leasing agent in Atlanta with a volume of $46 million for 2004 and $29 million for 2005.
Mr. Coughlin is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR) and is also a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Mr. Coughlin received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the Auburn University.
